The yearly hands-on check every extinguisher needs from a licensed company: gauge, pin, seal, hose, label and placement, then a new dated tag and a record.

Exchange programYour tags are about to expire
The annual inspection is due a year after the last dated tag. We'll come to you and check every unit.
Annual inspectionA cylinder is 6 or 12 years old
Stored-pressure dry chemical units need 6-year maintenance and a 12-year hydrostatic test. Water and CO2 units are tested every 5 years. We track the dates for you.
Testing and maintenanceYou're opening or moving a space
New floor plans need the right number of units, placed and signed correctly. We'll handle the equipment and the move.

Special hazards need extinguishers designed for them, including units that protect delicate equipment. We'll match the type to the room.

We don’t try to sell you what you don’t need. For every building we look after, we tell you what it takes to stay in compliance with NFPA 10 and the Massachusetts rules that apply, then provide those products and services in a timely fashion.

No. Every workplace needs the annual inspection and the monthly check by your staff. The rest depends on your extinguishers' ages and types, whether any have been used, and whether you're adding or moving space. We'll tell you which apply to you.
